Guest Services Host – Northstar

East West Hospitality – Tahoe located at 4001 Northstar Drive in Truckee is seeking a full time year round Guest Services Host to perform guest services duties including the check-in/out of guests (which will require information sharing and cash/credit card handling), answering telephones, responding to guest requests and completion of shift reports. Acts as the ambassador for owners and guests; including making special arrangements. Must be able to provide excellent customer service and above guest expectations.
