Summary of the role
Amadeus is recruiting for a key member of its Hotel IT Product Growth and Go-To-Market team. This team sits at the intersection of Sales, Account Management/Customer Care, and Finance/Technology teams to drive business strategy, profitability, and customer retention. The team supports the growth of 6 leading SaaS technology products focused on serving independent and branded hotels globally. Each of the products have established market position with significant opportunity to grow.
Amadeus has an immediate opening for a senior manager in our team. This role will play a pivotal role in defining business strategy and growth opportunities. The senior manager will work closely with our product and commercial leadership teams to drive top line growth to the Hotel IT division within Amadeus Hospitality.
In this role, you’ll
Evaluate commercial opportunities to grow (product partnerships, sales partnerships, etc.) and drive recommendation on whether we accept
Conduct customer and 2nd party research to understand opportunities
Define clear commercial growth strategy for each business line and make sure there is full alignment across the organization
Define value proposition for product integration opportunities
Prepare and evaluate business cases for product integration opportunities to support business growth; prioritize in conjunction with commercial and product leadership
Support evaluation of deal profitability for large enterprise deals. Own financial model and coordination with sales teams

About the ideal candidate
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
7+ years of work experience
A minimum of 2 years in consultancy
Work experience in commercial finance and/or strategy
High degree of analytical acumen to evaluate business cases for potential growth opportunities;
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams (product, operations, customer care, etc.) to get alignment around ideas and take action
Proven ability to drive to outcomes in a rigorous, results driven environment
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analytics
Fluent English
